Looking across the river swamp back towards the house.
Lambing This year we have marked over 100 ram lambs, ( and ewe lambs), these are from seven different sires, but two main bloodlines. The first of these are from the Visagie stud in South Africa, have good heads and musculature, the ewes are very feminine, and the rams are very long, of moderate size, and well balanced. The second are from the Grobelaar stud in South Africa, and are noted for their excellent shedding, large capacity, and carry a little extra fat, which is of benefit to those sheep in the colder areas, such as the Southern Tablelands, Highlands, and of course the Monaro.
We will be watching these guy grow out with great interest.
