The bridge wars continue with the "Wombat Bridge" sign being removed as well as the posts it was mounted on. Hope the next move isn't to remove the bridge.

Someone has plenty of time on their hands and money to waste to go to that extreme. Glad I am not a ratepayer there. Why not have both signs? Too simple a solution for some I suppose.

I'm with you, it could be the "Silverhills Wombat Bridge" but up here in the high country anything could happen.
