NSW Farmers send us a yearly planner every year, you know, one of those huge charts with every day of the year on it. It is an essential part of our farm and at the beginning of the year we record such things as shows, sales, family weddings, etc, as well as sheep joining dates which determine those days when we simply must be at home. We must vaccinate 3 weeks before lambing, we mark the lambs at 2-3 weeks old. Preparing sheep before a show requires foward planning etc.
